Although the current run of performances of The Choir of Man will come to an end on April 3rd, the West End’s happiest 'Happy Hour' is set to make a swift return for more of the same with a new run now scheduled in from October 1st at the Arts Theatre.
The Choir of Man has been nominated for 'Best Entertainment or Comedy' at this years Olivier Awards and is a glorious celebration of the power of togetherness and community, all set in a traditional British pub. The singalong party atmosphere is helped along with some catchy tunes by artists such as Adele, Sia, Avicii, Guns 'N' Roses, and many more.
The Choir of Man was created by Andrew Kay and Nic Doodson who also directs the production. The rest of the creative team behind the production features Musical supervision, vocal arrangements and orchestrations by Jack Blume, choreography by Freddie Huddleston, movement direction, monologues written by Ben Norris, lighting design by Richard Dinnen, scenic design by Oli Townsend, casting by Debbie O'Brien, costume design and associate scenic design by Verity Sadler, and sound design by Sten Severson.
The Associate Choreographer in The Choir Of Man is Rachel Chapman and Associate Musical Director is Hollie Cassar. The show is produced by a collaboration of 'Immersive Everywhere', Andrew Kay, Nic Doodson, Wendy & Andy Barnes and AK Theatricals. Casting for new season of The Choir of Man is still to be announced
