Continuing the Christmas pantomime traditions of recent years, The London Palladium will stage yet another festive show as Jack and the Beanstalk is set to showcase at the venue for a limited season from December 10th until January 15th. 2023.
The cast of Jack and the Beanstalk will feature many well known names of stage and TV who have starred previously in London Palladium pantomimes, including Gary Wilmot, Paul Zerdin, Julian Clary, and Nigel Havers.
Dawn French also returns this Christmas to the London Palladium, taking the role of Dame Trott in Jack and the Beanstalk after previously starring at the venue in the pantomime, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves in 2018.
Speaking of the forthcoming Panto, French commented "Roll up! Roll up! Much merriment and happiness and downright cheek and cheeks going to be happening onstage at The Palladium this Christmas with a brand spanky new Panto at last! We’ve waited two years to bring you Jack & The Beanstalk and I’m deblimminlighted to be part of it".
This will be the London Palladium's seventh annual Christmas pantomime after having previously staged shows including 'Goldilocks and the Three Bears', and last year’s successful celebration of pantomime, 'Pantoland at the Palladium'.
The creative team behind Jack and the Beanstalk will feature direction from Michael Harrison, sound design by Gareth Owen, design by Mark Walters, choreography by Karen Bruce, costume design by Hugh Durrant, and lighting design by Ben Cracknell.
Performances of Jack and the Beanstalk will be at the London Palladium from December 10th 2022.
