Gary Barlow One Man Show, A Different Stage Set For West End Season

Gary Barlow is to stage his one-man show, A Different Stage live in the West End this summer. A Different Stage will showcase at the Duke of York’s Theatre with a limited season scheduled from August30th  to September 18th.

Barlow is a member the popular British 'boy-band', Take That and has won eight BRIT Awards and sold over 45 million records during a career that now spans over 3 decades and has also ventured into musical theatre, with including the T jukebox musical featuring the songs pf Take That, 'The Band', as well as 'Finding Neverland', and 'The Girls'.

Barlow’s new solo show, follows the artist as he recounts his colourful life story and career and will arrive in the capital for a three week season following a successful tour around the UK.

Speaking of the West End appointment, Barlow said, “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed performing ‘A Different Stage’ at venues across the country for the past few months. Bringing it to London is a dream come true and The Duke of York’s Theatre is the perfect setting for this story.”

A Different Stage is co-created by both Tim Firth and Barlow. Firth will direct the production, with a creative team featuring sound design by Gareth Tucker, design by Es Devlin, and lighting by Bruno Poet.

Performances of A Different Stage will be at the Duke of York’s Theatre from August 30th to September 18th.
