Neal Foster’s stage adaptation of Gangsta Granny, David Walliams’ popular children’s book returns to London at the Bloomsbury Theatre for a limited season this Christmas.
Gangsta Granny follows the fortunes of a young boy called Ben, who is staying over once again with his granny on what seems to be just another boring Friday night. As he sits there expecting the same old grizzly cabbage soup, cabbage cake, and cabbage pie– but what he doesn’t know yet, is that this Granny has her very own groovy secret! Once Granny had confided in Ben, Fridays become more exciting than he could have ever imagined, as he begins to join in and embark on adventures with his very own Gangsta Granny!
The stage adaptation of Gangsta Granny by Neal Foster is presented by Birmingham Stage Company, and comes from people who brought you the ever-popular 'Horrible Histories Barmy Britain' series.
