The plot of Dirty Dancing follows the blossoming summer romance between summer camp dance instructor Johnny Castle and his eager pupil and teen holidaymaker Frances ‘Baby’ Houseman. The show is based on the popular Holywood movie Dirty Dancing starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey, and features an array of hit songs including “Do You Love Me?” “Hungry Eyes,” and "(I've Had) The Time of My Life."

Dirty Dancing transferred to at the Aldwych Theatre in 2006 following an Australian premiere and played to over two million people during its West End run before returning for a further seven months season at the Piccadilly Theatre in 2013. The show is currently on tour which will finish in December 2021 before its West End reopening in the new year.
Dirty Dancing is by Eleanor Bergstein and is directed by Federico Bellone. Choreography for the show is by Austin Wilks, lighting design by Valerio Tiberi, costume design by Jennifer Irwin, and sound design by Armando Vertullo. Casting for Dirty Dancing at the Dominion Theatre is yet to be announced
Performances of Dirty Dancing will be at the Dominion Theatre from February 2nd to April 16th.
