The Rage Of Narcissus

The Rage Of Narcissus Tickets London

The award winning director Daniel Goldman makes a welcome return to the London stage at the Pleasance Theatre as he reunites with Uruguayan playwright Sergio Blanco to present their latest collaboration - The Rage of Narcissus - a both disturbing and fascinating journey deep into the labyrinth of the self and the darkness that is within all of us.

After Sergio gets to Ljubljana to give a lecture on Narcissus, the very first thing he does after checking in to his hotel is to log onto an app to look for someone to have sex with. After a few short hours, once Igor has both come and gone, Sergio notices a dark brown stain on the floor. After closer inspection,  he concludes that it must be a blood stain. Taking a closer look around, he finds more and more blood stains located all over the room.

Sergio begins to investigate, and the more he does, the further he gets drawn into a very dark and murky world packed full of desire, infatuation and ultimately murder.

Pretty much perfect material for the new play he’s attempting to write - that is of course if he can manage to get out of Ljubljana alive.
